I am Madhuri Gaikwad daughter of Shalan and Prakash, wife of Vijay and mother of my two princess Saili and Shreya

I am practicing Advocate having my firm “MG Legal” in Mumbai for 21 years specializing in Succession, Real Estate (Due Diligence anywhere in Maharashtra) Banks, Corporates, Charity Commissioner.
Say something about your beginning (Your childhood years and the beginning of your business) *
I was very shy and reserved when in 1991, I got married to Vijay while I was studying my last year B.Com at Pune. After marriage I came to Mumbai and started giving various exams for jobs but every where I failed in interviews as I was not possessing other skills other than academic. After a gap of 2 years, I stated studying Law in night college at Mithibai. In last year I joined Sr. Advocate. My daughters were born after completion of law. As my first commitment was towards my daughters I could not concentrate on my practice or I can say there was no vision or mission in my life. For 14 yrs. I worked with a Senior.
What have been some of your achievements
My first achievement was a cheque of Rs.80 as my commission from LIC. In 2010 my friend, mentor guide pushed me to join Landmark which transformed me. After completing Landmark Forum, I kept a target of Rupees one lac for January 2010 wherein on 31st Jan.10 at 12 noon I was short of three thousand, which I achieved. Thereafter in Self Expression Leadership Programme I declared that I will have my own office and gift myself on my 40th Birthday Chauffeur driven white car which I did. Thereafter I never looked back. I did 1 year of Team Management and Leadership programme which made me present of my being a Leader in every aspect of my life.
The difference you have made to others
I create Legal awareness on the succession and testamentary issues without any fees to Old Age Homes, Housing Societies, Study Circles of Chartered Accountants and also support NGO’s, students by using my legal skills. I am on the mission of of creating a difference in other persons life by supporting them to achieve their goals.
What do you want to be acknowledged for
I want to be acknowledged for being passionate and courageous to create difference in not only my life but in others life’s also.
Anything else you wish to share
I want to acknowledge my parents, my in-laws, my husband, my daughters, my mentors, my friends, this universe and specially to my friends who always took a stand for me and supported me for my transformation.
