Please share about the beginning

I was living in a joint family. I have two brothers and one sister. I am the eldest one. After playing with friends I used to spend my evening with my grand ma. I love to read Geeta and Bhagwat for my grand ma and her friends.

With time I learnt that an Education is the tool to create life and started taking coaching when I was 16 years old. My students passing with good marks gave me satisfaction and fulfilment.

After my graduation I started job as a teacher in private schools. As said life is not the bed of roses, I also faced lots of rejection. But my dream was bigger than rejections I was getting. I started my first coaching with 275 INR per month and first job with 4000 INR per month.

I got married in 1992 to a defence personal and got the privilege of being the mother to two beautiful children. One daughter and one son. My children are blessings to me.

With time I found young children give me energy. I took a job in one of the institute of pre school chain. Meanwhile my younger brother introduced me to Landmark Education. This is an educational platform where one can create life of his/ her dreams.

During my job and my participation in Landmark Education I found I was unnecessary blaming people and circumstances for my failures. This has become a turning point in my life.

Now I start looking at my failures as first step in learning and work on plug in my gaps.

Besides my professional growth I am leading classrooms for TMLP in Landmark as a volunteer.
