As a company manager, it is    your prime duty to make sure that your employees or co  workers are well coordinated , and when it comes to stress management or burn outs, its becomes the sole responsibility of the manager to make sure that the employees  in the firm have a healthy ,stress free and healthy atmosphere in the working space, but what if the managing staff is itself going through a mental breakdown or to be more precise, a burnout ? don’t worry, as always we got the right solution for your every problem!

And its  time to make your team a better team again altogether.


#1. Remember your employees’ emotional needs.

As a leader, you’re responsible for providing your employees with the resources they need to be successful and perform at high levels. But this doesn’t just mean providing tangible resources needed for the task at hand. Research shows that leaders also play a crucial role in providing the cognitive and emotional resources employees need to feel energized and enthusiastic at work. This can be achieved simply by offering a friendly ear, providing emotional support when needed, or engaging in other behaviors that demonstrate your interest in the emotional needs of your employees. But as the results of our study suggest, if you’re too focused on your own needs, you may be neglecting this vital role at the expense of your employees’ energy and productivity and this will ultimately lead your co workers to  get engaged in the clutches of burnout which you may not want as UNITED WE STAND, DIVIDED WE FALL!


#3. Hold yourself accountable.

At the end of the day, it’s important to remember that one of the most important responsibilities you have as a leader is to ensure the well-being of your team. In this respect, it’s important to hold yourself accountable, If you feel a sense of accountability to those who you lead, you may become more mindful of how your behavior is affecting your employees and actively work to avoid these pitfalls. Because at the end of the day, you are the captain of the ship, and you are the one that your team looks up to, hence your behavior knowingly un knowingly can give people some serious stress and burn outs and we pretty sure , you don’t want that as a team leader! Do you?




Being direct does not require being unkind. Making someone feel wrong, or feeling superior in some way, is off track. However, offering feedback is an opportunity for growth and can be an incentive for an employee to be more of who they are. At the same time, a direct conversation falls apart when beating around the bush. It should include specific examples of behavior to illustrate the issues.,


Example; if you be direct to your employee as a manager and directly tell them that they are superb in their work, they would automatically gain the motivation to work with more energy and as you notice there will be no space for stress any were!

#5 Say yes to NO

Stress often happens due to excess of work and work pressure, when one learns to say NO to a particular thing, it helps them to balance their mental health, also one should understand that saying NO to a thing is not a symptom of being rude or irresponsible, but is just a step to a balanced mental health. As a team manager, the leader should respect the NO given by the employees as the employees mental health is more important than anything there!
