ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS FASTER AND REDUCE ORGANIZATION’S BIGGEST WASTAGE AND COST

Have you, as a Leader, observed, how many hours in a day, slip by, in non-forwarding activities. And it’s not about internet or social media!

·        Do you lose precious minutes in thinking and rethinking before deciding?

·        Do you need to repeat instructions to your team

·        Does an underlying process break come to your knowledge, only in the reviews, and you end up giving a solution

·        Do you need to re-guide your team in analyzing the same information

·        How many times, the department heads approach you, for resolution of the conflict

·        Do you end up with meetings taking longer than you planned for and NOT conclusive enough?

So this is what was happening to me as a leader,

TIME IS TICKING

GOALS ARE MOVING FURTHER

WORK TIME SPAN IS GETTING CLOSER

All these hours that we spend on unproductive ACTIVITIES AND TASKS, is your “WASTAGE” AND “ORGANIZATION WASTAGE”.

Believe me It has a HUGE COST.

We are not saying conflicts will disappear or instructions/ delegation will be understood at once and each time OR employees will not have some “ease time”, but this will definitely be reduced. What about learning to identify an “upcoming conflicting situation’? What about being able to partner with the employees and not just giving instructions? What about making the meetings more forwarding and conclusive?

As a result, as a leader, you will have more initiatives and strategic decisions up your sleeve, less of organization cost and the organization will move to its vision faster.

Now HOW do we achieve goals faster than anticipated.

One powerful technique is “Listening”. More talked and read about, but are we skilled into listening the way it is humanly designed.

The other is analyzing, without even your subconscious bias, to what you listened to. And producing the information to the best of advantage to the other person or organization. Collaboration and Risk identification are other skills..
